Green Man inspired me

My pal Mark Pendergrass wrote a novel entitled "The Green Man Of Greenwich Village" over a decade ago. It was a rebuttal of "The Da Vinci Code." So I narrated, produced, and edited the Trailer for him.

Mark's book is three-fourths historical, describing the development of Christianity thru the centuries since Christ's resurrection. My "Lazarus In New York" screenplay is three-fourths about the young man in modern times, who encountered a senior citizen in New York City claiming to be far older than he looks.

The Jesus Movie

After almost 40 years in the Christian entertainment biz, I finally wrote and directed my first-ever feature-length film!

"The Jesus Movie" was released in 2011... a project that was the climax of three-plus years I'd been working to create 52 three-minute episodes of "The Read & Share DVD Bible" (all of which are posted in 4k on my YouTube channel).

Salvation Celebration

Shot on 16mm film in 1992, this movie is based on "Psalty's Kids Praise 10" audio recording. Ernie and Debby Rettino are the most prodigious and volumious Christian songwriters for kids. While this video has been up-rezzed to 1080p, its source was a VHS tape. Needless to say, there are some noticeable digital artifacts.

Youth Event Opener

I made this video for a church youth group. It was projected every week to gather the kids from playin' around and socializing to begin worship time.

Everland Entertainment

After seven years of running Everland Entertainment, we needed a new logo. Particularly because our launch of Veggie Tales had rocketed us into major national public awareness, I hired a Nashville video post-production house to help us "animate" our new logo. It was fun, and I got to read the ending audio: announcing the letter "e."
